01Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MenuCliQ's dashboard, QR menu, and desktop application (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

02Accounts & access

You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account and for your staff's use of the Service. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.

03Subscriptions & billing

Some features require a paid subscription (monthly or annual). By subscribing, you authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees for your chosen plan on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices and plan features may change with prior notice. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our software.
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its security.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

05Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by MenuCliQ and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your restaurant while your account is in good standing. You retain ownership of the data you enter.

06Availability & updates

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, modify, or discontinue features. Critical software updates may be delivered automatically to keep the app secure and working.

07Your data

You own your restaurant's data. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for maintaining the lawfulness of the data you collect from your own customers.

08Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows our Privacy and Refund policies.

09Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MenuCliQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, notified in-app or by email. Continued use means acceptance.
