A burst of transactional emails (login alerts, invoices) experienced delays of up to 12 minutes due to a queue backlog at our email-delivery provider. No emails were lost; all were delivered within the window. We've since adjusted retry intervals and added a fall-back provider for invoice emails.
Planned 30-minute maintenance window completed in 18 minutes. The database was upgraded to a security-patched minor version. The dashboard showed a maintenance banner; orders and KOTs continued to be queued client-side and synced once the database came back online.
Some users reported the dashboard taking 8–15 seconds to load during peak hours. Root cause was an unindexed query on the analytics table that started timing out as data volume grew. Added the missing index, deployed at 19:10. Page loads back to under 1 second.
No other incidents in the last 30 days.
